Great service and the help with obtaining the rental car and then being able to leave it at Naper Auto was greatly appreciated.

I have used Naper Auto Repair now for several years with 2 older cars (2000 and 2007). They have always provided friendly service with detailed explanations (especially to one like me who is not mechanically inclined) at a fair price. They understand my situation (anticipating getting a new car or cars) and tailor their recommendations to accommodate it. When I do get a new car, I will be using them to service it.

Always happy with the service here. Quick, courteous responses, willing to explain their findings. Last time was a quick fix with no charge. Today, some of the repairs were covered by the warranty from previous work. Great how they stand behind their work. Will come back again. Thanks!
