I am grateful to have my car cared for by the excellent mechanics at Naper Auto Works. At the age of 88, with an old Honda CR-V that has seen better days, I know I can trust them to take care of every need I may have going forward. They've taken a lot of worry off my mind by monitoring routine work that needs to be done, so I don't have to worry about when I need to bring the car in for a routine maintenance check. I especially appreciate that they offer a free valet service that takes me home when I take the car in, and picks me up when the job is done. The company's management team is exceptional.

The place is always helpful in maintaining my car. Always up front about what they discover is wrong and discuss with you before proceeding with the work. I've never had to take the car back for something that was missed either. I'll continue to bring my car in for service!

Great service as always. Came in for a wheel alignment. They took the time to explain front wheel as 4 wheel alignment and told me my required a 4 wheel alignment. Now my car drives better than before. Great job and great service.
