I have been getting my cars serviced at Naperautoworks for years thanks to a referral. Service is always great and trustworthy. The Monday after the 4th of July as I was leaving my home going to Chicago to feed my 93 yr old cousin started out and car had symbols I didn't recognize. I immediately gave a call and explained to the person at the desk whose name is ANGEL. I've dealt with him before very professional, knowledgeable, patient and always has a smile. ANGEL went over and beyond with the process of working me in that day which was busy and listening to my numerous calls keeping me calm. Thanks again ANGEL.

Went to Naper Auto Works for an oil change, air filter and a small part. They did an amazing job. The experience consisted of a detailed inspection with photos, great customer service, fantastic price and the work was completed quickly. I strongly recommend!

These guys are great. When getting the feedback from my technician on my used car I had taken in for routine service his comment was "even if I wanted to find something wrong, I couldn't" Hard to find trustworthy people these days and this crew gets an A+ in honesty and integrity.
