My engine fail light came and they fixed the problem the same day. They kept me informed and got my insurance to pay most of the bill. These guys are great.

Ive been taking my car here for years. They are the ONLY mechanics that I allow to touch my familys vehicles. Their integrity, professionalism, and quality expertise has been consistent throughout, from my very first experience with them. Btw, they dont throw parts at a problem they diagnose the symptoms to fix the problem. Firestone quoted me $2200 for a specific repair, then I moved to Naper Auto Naper Auto diagnosed & fixed the actual issue. I was totally prepared to pay $2200, but Naper Auto said they discovered what the ACTUAL problem was, and only charged me $187.00 because thats all the repairs that was needed. Yep, they are the ONLY mechanics that I allow to touch my families vehicles.

Easy to make an appt online. They were very upfront on what the plan was. They texted and called with updates. They fixed what was wrong the same day. Very good experience!

This repair facility continues to earn my highest rating. On very short notice today, they agreed to assess and repair issues with a headlight and a leak around one of my rims, something Discount Tire was not able to fix twice before. The repair costs seemed very reasonable. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
