I was looking for an alternative to over-priced routine maintenance at the dealership and I found Naper Auto Works through an internet search. They received good reviews so I decided to give them a try. Friendly courteous service, small but comfortable waiting room, and they told me upfront what repair costs would be so there were no surprises. Very satisfied and will return for the 60K checkup.

Staff diagnosed electronic program quickly and set price for repair which involved a four figure cost. They did not initiate work or push for the repair. There was no charge for the visit and were, as always, very courteous and cooperative. This is why we have been using this company for decades and will continue to do so.
