Needed a new battery. Work was completed while I waited. Also replaced a bad connector.

Very helpfull,nice and got the job done the very next day from my first visit.

It's only been 3 days since I picked up my car and the car is running OK. Not sure if the car is still leaking because of the weather being so wet. I'm not sure how to rate because I haven't had the car back for that long so I'm not sure if my problem was fixed. Everyone at Naper Auto Works were nice. Both drivers who provided rides to and from my home were very nice. After telling some friends/family what I paid to get it fixed they weren't so sure if that was a good price. Since I'm not by any means a mechanic and know a lot about cars I wasn't sure either. All I know is I needed my car problem fixed. I would recommend Naper Auto Works to a friend but inform them to know more about cars than I do.

Quite happy with the service as usual. I called on Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday of same week. Car in for oil change and brake job. They offer competitive rates for imports compared to local dealers. I have been taking my vehicle to Naper Auto Works for 7 years following a referral. Bill is especially helpful and offers guidance on repairs requiring immediate attention and those that can wait. I feel confident when leaving the shop because I know the work was done right. Wishing them many more years of prosperous business.
