Easy to make an appointment. I left my car for diagnostic testing. The communication process included a text with pictures and a detailed assessment, followed by a phone call. No unnecessary work was recommended or performed.

We had a frustrating problem with the door latch that caused our door open light to go on. I tried to solve this by tightening and that didn’t work. In about 1/2 hour they identified the problem adjusted the door and charged us about $65. I hesitate to think what the dealer might have done! This is a very fair minded auto store.

My car is a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid and I can always trust your service. It is very difficult to find a good shop for older car repair. I have recommended your business to my friends in Naperville. Great job!

I have been going to Naperville Auto Repair for the last 5 years and hhave nothing but good things to say about them. Their pricing is fair, their service is professional but friendly, and their work is excellent.

We now live in Idaho and our son moved to Chicago so when we need to get our son’s car checked up we only trust Naper Auto Works. Yes it is more work for our son to drive out to Naperville but we never have to worry about the repairs and they always treat us fairly.

Very professional as always. Everything was explained fully, and was texted a vehicle inspection report during routine maintenance with pictures of any issues they found so I could see the issues for myself that need any immediate or future attention, so you know they are not "making up anything". Then, I was printed a list of the issues with prices on how much things would cost to fix. Those two things are key! Highly recommended!
