This was my first visit to Naper auto works and I was WOWED, As a female I often feel duped or taken advantage of when it comes to auto issues. The technicians actually take pictures of all the items that need repair or updating. I was really impressed. I think I have found my “go to” place for all my car care needs.

I replaced my battery the night before and the light turned back on within minutes. I had a feeling I needed an alternator too. First thing in the morning I made it over to the shop and asked them to check out the trouble with my Jeep. They confirmed it was what I needed and were helpful getting me a ride to my job nearby. It was a relief to know all the work would be completed by the afternoon as I needed my car for a farther drive the next day. Everyone was very helpful and it cost what I thought it would - I will recommend them to a friend at work looking for an auto shop she can trust.

My 1994 Cutlass Convertible is my baby and you guys treat it the same. Your techs are always looking things that might need attention. I want that so problems are not surprising. On my recent oil change, the tech even noticed I had not changes the time on the radio and he took care of that. Trust seems to be in short supply these days. You have eared mine. Thanks
