I knew the Hess family since our sons played football at North HS in 2004-5. We always liked the family. We recently lost both cars and a good portion of our home to a garage fire. I brought a replacement car in for a headlight. They fixed it within a couple of hours at a price that was more than fair. These people are honest, fair, and the kind of people everyone should trust. I had to have a door handle replaced on my crossover. The handle was part of an Intelligent Key System (Nissan) so the driver's side door would have to be partially disassembled. Naper Auto Works did an estimate and it was a few hundred dollars less than the dealership's estimate. The new handle looks good and works perfectly.
