Naperville Auto Repair

I only bring my car to Naper Auto works, they are always reliable and never try to get me to do something that my car does not need.

As always, great service! Justin did a great job!

These people don’t know what they’re doing. Brought in my car, spent $1300 for an issue that wasn’t even fixed and now they were asking for another $1300 to fix something else. Took the paperwork to the dealer and they told me that wasn’t even the issue with the car. Avoid this place.

Super professional and quick service. Really appreciated the shuttle. Everyone was so nice!

Great service, quick and efficient. Simple and user-friendly system to receive estimates over text message and select which repairs you agree to proceed with.

They know cars very well and are prompt and reasonable.

They listen to your description and they also check to make sure car is ready to go. You feel confident the issue is resolved when you pick up your car

Ultra friendly men at the front desk..Took all my information and the work was completed on time. Thanks you so much.

Naper Auto Works was recommended to me by my former auto mechanic who moved out of town. This was the first time I used them and my experience was outstanding. They are professional, thorough, and helpful. I will be using them exclusively from now on.

Great customer service as always. Highly recommend for honest and fair work done.
