I stopped in, never been there before and with no appointment. Tire leak. I was welcomed and treated very well. The whole experience was nicer than the majority of auto repair shops. I will not hesitate to see them again.

Our family has been using Naper Auto Works for over 20 years. This is seriously the most honest car service place I have ever been to. They have taken very good care of our vehicules and are very fair in their prucing.
I had a noise coming from my tires in the rear of my car. I had Mike take the car around the block to hear what I was hearing. He took off the tires and figured out the problem really quickly. It was a wheel bearing. I thought it was the rear end. His expert diagnosis and problem resolution saved me time and money. I would highly recommend this garage over any other place in Naperville.
