Naper Auto Works is the must reliable and trustworthy auto shop in the Naperville area, hands down. In my most recent situation, my car exhibited a grinding noise during turns. Whereas Toyota of Naperville told me the car's heat shield needed replacement at a $1300 cost, Naper Auto Works was able to re-tighten the existing heat shield and I was charged for the hour's labor only.Naper Auto Works can be counted on to be fair and honest.

I was very surprised and grateful for the speed with which my work was completed satisfactorily. Convenient location to my work so dropped car the night before and already had a call by 9.30 a.m with a diagnosis. John called me two or three times throughout the day to let me know of progress and pricing and the car was ready to collect by the time I left work that same day. Thank you so much.

Our van had two issues which included an exhaust repair and complete suspension repair. After picking up the van I had driven about 3 to 5 miles when something broke loose related to the suspension and I had to return to the shop the next day. They fixed the issue right away and the van is in great shape. If not for that one issue I would've given them five stars
