I always trust 100% that the work you guys do is top notch. And you are good at finding everything that may go bad in the near future. (I just can't always afford to have you fix all the things that you suggest.) I think your prices are quite reasonable and fair--for Naperville. (I'm aware that you are working with primarily people who are wealthy enough to afford to get everything done that you suggest, even if it's not absolutely necessary.

Always excellent, knowledgeable service. This time also accomodated my train being late to pick up my car.

Very professional service without any upsell. Did the work that was required on time and did not try to milk me for other " mechanic recommended" services, like other places.

Naper Auto Works was responsive, sensible, and patient as we made decisions about how to proceed with my son's very old car. Chris and Bill were terrific every time we talked to them. They have been honest, reassuring, and always did what they said they were going to do. This is the second time we have asked for their help with our college student-kid's cars. Our kids were in Naperville, we were living far away and our car needs were always taken seriously. They were helpful and gave us straight forward feedback about the cars. I hope we don't have to go back again, but if we needed car help they would be the first ones we would call!
