Naperville Auto Repair

I've been taking my cars to Naper Auto for years. I trust them to find and fix any mechanical problem. I also trust that they would never "make up" a problem.

Naper Auto Works always does an excellent job. They are honest and informative about the work that needs to be done. They keep you posted as the work is progressing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Always a great experience with Naper Auto Works. Since abandoning my life-long relationship with Firestone (even through their tire debacle in the 1990's), in the recent years, Firestone has provided such poor, incompetent and incomplete service (while still charging me full price), I moved to Naper Auto Works. I have been tremendously satisfied ever since. They service my 2 vehicles as though the vehicles are their own... I have NOTHING bad to say, and I have the highest of accolades for Naper Auto Works. (and no, I wasn't paid to say this, no discounts... just the truth from an ex-loyal-Firestone customer)

Very professional, efficient & prompt service.

They were very friendly and accommodating. The work was done timely and reasonably priced. Sadly they found another rather expensive item that I'm going to need to get fixed, but it wasn't an urgent need and they did not pressure me to get it done immediately. Thanks for that.

I visited them for a simple oil change and they gave the car a once-over (gratis) and found the window-washer pump was defective (I thought I had run out of water), They provide a thorough service at a reasonable price, and I recommend them to friends and family.
