My car broke down on the road. Had it towed to Naper Auto Works. I received a call with the estimate and they had it repaired the same day for a fair price. This is not my regular mechanic as I do not live in this area but I would definitely recommend them to others in need of auto repair work.

Paper Auto Works gave me the best deal on new brake pads/installation and they did the work in a timely fashion. My car was even ready early. Also, I was reading the various reviews, letters, etc displayed in the waiting area. They have a letter from a General in the Armed Forces thanking them for their work release program during Operation Iraqi Freedom. It made me feel like I was dealing with more than a business.

Thorough explanations and accurate estimates

The Mechanic went outside with me to listen to the noise under the hood. We diagnosed it as a Idler arm bearing going bad. We went on a short trip around to the school parking lot to go over speed bumps and we also heard the same suspension noise. I asked for him to loosen the lower control arm and re-torque the bolts and after picking up the car the noise has gone.
