Brought my car in for a matter that was suppose to be completed by Ford as a recall that they refused to cover. Prior to the work being completed Bill called me and suggested I contact the NHTSA and file a claim before paying for a repair that should be covered. I did as advised and based on the information I was given, my repair cost should be covered by Ford. I had the repairs done and Bill completed the work perfectly and under the quote. I highly recommend this awesome service shop!!
