Very professional group of people. They do what they say they will do and charge what they quote. I have used them for years and recommend them to family and friends. It is like taking your car to your neighbor who knows how to fix it.

Our car "died." Naper Auto came to us, helped us diagnose the problem, and then provided the battery we needed and we were on our way in the nick of time!

We are always pleased with their service and the time they spend explaining what is necessary to fix a problem. They even showed us the broken part that was replaced. They are respectful of your time and keep you up-to-date on what is happening. We also feel they charge reasonable rates. We have recommended to friends and will continue to do so.
