Naperville Auto Repair

Our van had two issues which included an exhaust repair and complete suspension repair. After picking up the van I had driven about 3 to 5 miles when something broke loose related to the suspension and I had to return to the shop the next day. They fixed the issue right away and the van is in great shape. If not for that one issue I would've given them five stars

They and their certified mechanics value long term customer relationships. Their problem diagnostics are excellent, they explain all reasons why parts and labor are needed for safety and efficiency, and stand behind their work 110% ! You can ask as many questions as you want to understand the scope of work, they take the time to explain.Several years ago I had a pesky electrical problem with a 2003 FORD Taurus which was repaired twice, and again failed. Naper Auto works comped the last tow in and made the repair right. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Naper Auto Works. You may use this endorsement any way you choose. I have referred my family members and friends to them.

Naper Auto Works Inc conducted a pre-purchase vehicle inspection on a luxury car I was considering. They were extremely professional and thorough. They pointed out items on the body that I hadn’t noticed. Also, they took time and went through their findings with me. I thought they did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied with them.

I actually was trying to get some information on the problem I was having on my car and Naper Auto Works popped up under another site. When I read the reviews which were all positive I decided to call, got in quickly. It was only 15 mins from my home. The guys at the counter were very pleasant. They were able to resolve my issue in less than an hour. The charge was reasonable and I will definitely be going back and making recommendations. I might add how clean and organized the sitting area was.
