Once again, Naper Auto Works did a great job detecting the problem with our minivan. One day service was wonderful.

As usual the service was great. I expected to have brakes put on all 4 wheels, but Bill called and said I only needed 2 wheels done. They also gave me a free estimate about taking care of a problem indicated by the check engine light.

I have been going to Naper Auto Works for years and would go nowhere else. You can trust them to give you the correct diagnosis and only fix what needs to be done, which is the most important thing for a car owner.

This past Tuesday I took my car in to get the washer fluid hose replaced and a basic oil change. It was the first time I'd ever been there and I chose to go there based on the reviews I read online. Overall, it was great. They were VERY helpful and welcoming and I felt like a valued customer. I think they did quick and successful work on my car.

I have been using Naper Auto for 18 years and they have done a great job diagnosing problems and recommending solutions. Routine maintenance always on time quoted.

The usual being honest service with get what you pay for results. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

You thoroughly checkec the car and your price was very reasonable as it always is. It is so good to know that there are still honest and reliable people to help you when your car needs repairs!

I stopped by to have my oil changed and in the process of doing this they found (and showed me) a seal leak from my differential. They were able to secure a replacement seal rapidly and did the repair in under 2 hrs. I rate them tops for competence, value and service.

All the guys at Naper Auto continue to do top quality work following their honest assessment of any work needed. I never have any worries about those two very important qualities along with knowing that I am paying a very reasonable price. Thanks to everyone at Naper Auto.
