Naperville Auto Repair

You took us on short notice, for an oil change and did the work while Fred waited. We appreciate the speedy service. A note about this website, when people with older eyes are posting a review, they need to see what they are typing in black. Gray is very difficult to read.

In my opinion you are the model of a good business - I feel and see honesty, integrity, capability and pleasant employees on top of that. The best

I've finally found a place that I trust! No more stealerships or garages for this family! We took our car to NTB for an oil change and they "found" $1300 worth of fixes. We took it to Naper Auto and there was only one thing that the car needed at $200. You have a customer for life!!

Some unexpected work needed to be done, which resulted in an estimate that was more than I expected. I received all the details in an email, and ultimately the final bill was lower than the initial estimate. Work was done quickly and professionally as always.

Personable, as well as excellent service, they know what they are doing.

for over 20 years I have been a customer - but because I am moving to TN this was the last visit - I will miss the professionalism and honesty.

Excellent diagnosis of the problems, estimate of cost and timeliness of repairs.

My car broke down on the road. Had it towed to Naper Auto Works. I received a call with the estimate and they had it repaired the same day for a fair price. This is not my regular mechanic as I do not live in this area but I would definitely recommend them to others in need of auto repair work.
