I got a call from the owner admitting to their error and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy me. I requested he reduce the charge down to $450 within the original estimate and he agreed. It was clearly a mistake on their part and mistakes happen. I did not take him up on his offer because his willingness to do it is what matters, it was a mistake in their quoting me and the work was done to my car. Thank you for caring enough to reach out and offer to do whatever it took to correct the situation.

My experience was a good one. My car had some major engine issues and they made suggestions even though what they were suggesting wound not have earned them money. That is first class in my book!!!
