I have no complaints about them. They are always courteous, seem to always be honest. Give you a ride home after you drop off your car. Pricey...but that's auto mechanics these days!

I've been using Naper Auto Works for the past two years and have been very pleased. I do all of my oil changes, scheduled maintenance, and unexpected repairs there and they've always done a good job. The employees are always friendly and helpful when I have questions, and I feel that I can trust them completely. I feel very lucky to have found such a great repair shop!
