I selected Naper Auto Works to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) of a pre-owned Porsche I was interested in purchasing. Their written evaluation was paired with a telephone call, describing the areas inspected. This PPI was thorough and clearly identified areas of the vehicle's condition to take note of.

Naper Auto Works has very friendly staff and provided excellent service. Good workmanship on my truck. The bill was well itemized and reasonably priced. The work was done on time. I am very happy with the overall service.

We have been looking for an honest and reasonable place to take our vehicles for quite some time. My husband tends to do general maintenance because of the feeling we have after paying a garage to do them. We recently had some issues with our 2009 Dodge truck that were too extensive to repair ourselves. They were also repairs that needed urgent attention. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were booked until Thursday or Friday. I explained that I felt the vehicle seemed unsafe so I was told to go ahead and bring it in and they would try to look at it if they had a break. All repairs were made and I was able to get my truck back that Wednesday. They replaced several parts on our front suspension including struts and wheel bearings. We feel like our truck drives like a brand new truck again. Thank you Naper Auto Works
