Every time I bring a car to Naper Auto Works I am satisfied by the courteous and excellent service. I am thankful for their honesty and ability to handle any problem.

The prices I think are reasonable and the guys there have always seemed very trustworthy. I think that is hard to come by in that business these days!I have never felt as though they were trying to pad the bill with more "unexpected" things they found. I don't trust dealer's as much.

I had a wheel bearing replaced recently at Naper Auto Works. The work was done on time and they were very helpful. The went out of their way to show me what they had done. Good experience.

We have been going to Naper Auto for about 30 years. It started by word of mouth and we continue to spread the word. Jim, Bill, Greg, and the staff treat us like family. They have also taken care of our family and relatives when in from out of town. No need to go elsewhere for auto repairs and advice - all at a fair and reasonable price. If something is not necessary, they don't do it.

The challenge presented this group of expert mechanics was nothing short of requiring a miracle . They were phenomenal !!
