Got my car in without an appointment and efficiently replaced a dead batery.

I don't know a lot about cars and depend on the Mechanics for their knowledge. The work was completed just yesterday I can't really say if things were "fixed". I did like being told what had to be fixed prior to them being fixed without my consent. I still hope I got things corrected that were the necessary fixes since there were many things to be fixed. I could only have the absolutely necessary things done at this time. I would use Naper Auto Works again.

They out did the dealer again. This time I had to take my Honda back to the dealer for a recall. The dealer replaced the power steering hose. A week or two later I notice spots in the snow at the office where I park the car. I took it to Naper Auto Works to see what the issue was. I had actually forgotten about the recall trip to the dealer. Naper Auto tells me there is no power steering fluid left. The part that was installed by the dealer appeared to have a bad seal. I take it back to the dealer to re-fix their new part. A week later I notice a leak again in a new spot. I can't even bring myself to take it back to the dealer again. I take it to Naper Auto Works and they said it is again the power steering hose, but in a different area. I'm sure I could have gotten the dealer to fix it again for free, but at some point spending a little money to get it done correct is worth far more then your time spent driving to and from the Honda dealer every week. Naper Auto Works fixed it and made sure the problem was resolved. Thanks again guys for taking pride in your work and doing what you expect all businesses should do.

The front desk help was very curtious and helpful in asking all the right questions. They evaluated my vehicle in a timely manner and reported the problem back to me. The vehicle was fixed and I was notified in a timely manner. Good experience over all.
