NAW is professional in their approach, extremely competent in their work and most trustworthy in their pricing. If you’re looking for a dependable auto repair shop for any make or model auto, don’t look any further. I’m a 15 yr. plus customer.

As always, the service and work at Naper Auto are the best!

Great job on 2014 Buick. Gave quote on work that was needed and had car done on time.

Very professional and timely service. I trust their assessment & resolution.

My vehicles have been cared for by the Naper Autoworks team since I moved to the area in 1990. They do a terrific job at a fair price, and they are always honest and transparent about the status of any vehicle being serviced. I offer my highest recommendation for Naper Autoworks.

We have always been very well taken care of by Jim, Greg, Bill and crew members -- even when we have "problem" as we are readying to leave town! Thanks to the team for the last 40 years of caring service! You guys go above and beyond!

As a long-time customer, they are reliable and thorough and have always done quality work.

Always dependable. Always cheerful. Always done right!

An emergency.situation happened to me that is not all that uncommon. I had a dead battery and most places are not open on Saturday. I called at 9:00, had my vehicle at Naper Auto Works by 10 (after getting it jumped), and got a call by 11:00 that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Thanks for providing great service!
